Asked for a room on the first floor and near a side entrance because I'm traveling with pets. They didn't say that none of the rooms are on the first floor and just gave me a room on the second floor. It was as far away from the elevator as it could be. I had to bring the pets and their stuff up a stairs. It was close to the room so minimal schlepping. Overall a decent experience. Very close to the thruway.

Very clean rooms, very comfortable bed and amenities. The breakfast was good, and there were lots of options to eat & drink. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking, easy check-in. Hitel was also near several places to eat, but they also have good food.
Great location. I typically stay on the residence side where the rooms are spacious and new. Very happy with the value. Right on wolf road near 87 so easy to get to. There are also a lot of restaurants on the road and shopping options. Several grocery stores within minutes including Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods
This hotel was very nice and clean. They offered a breakfast. Staff was amazing! In general there were places to hang out a gym and close to everything. I have stayed here twice and would recommend.
I had a nice stay at this property with my family. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The front desk folks were friendly. They offered real plates and utensils at breakfast, which was much better than the usual plastic junk. My kids really loved the pool. Minor complaint - the HVAC system in the room was a bit on the loud side, which was surprising given that the place was fairly new. I would certainly stay here again.
Such a nice room, the staff is friendly and any issues we had were immediately resolved. The beds are soft and the showers are hot. Only issue I experienced was at the bar, where there was no bartender to serve drinks and I had to get the front desk staff to assist. Which they did and fixed it quickly.
Marriotts are my go-to. This one was great. Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly and professional stuff. A+
